We are looking for a Closer based in Damascus to take booked meetings and qualified opportunities, and lead the conversation with the decision-maker to a signed contract. This role is the last step between a client's interest and the start of our work together.

THE ROLE

What you will do

  • Run booked meetings with decision-makers, in person in Damascus or by video.
  • Confirm the need, the budget, the decision-maker and the timing in every opportunity.
  • Present the final proposal, answer objections, and negotiate scope and terms.
  • Close the deal and sign the contract, then hand the client to the account manager with a complete file.
  • Follow up open opportunities until there is a clear decision, yes or no.
  • Log every deal in the CRM, and report the results weekly.
REQUIREMENTS

What we need from you

  • Three years or more in sales, including a proven record of closing deals with companies.
  • Skilled at negotiation, and at handling objections calmly.
  • Presence and confidence in front of company owners and executives.
  • The ability to read contracts and proposals and explain their terms simply.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic, written and spoken.
  • Working English: able to read, write and communicate in it. Professional fluency is not required.
  • Based in Damascus or its countryside.
NICE TO HAVE

Nice to have

  • Experience selling technology, consulting or training services.
  • Own car for client visits.
  • Experience with a CRM.
