Zaidronic is a UK AI tech company operating in Syria, with offices in the United Kingdom and Jordan. We help companies use AI to work faster and grow, through training, consulting, solutions and AI-produced content.
THE ROLE
What you will do
- Identify companies in Damascus and across Syria that can benefit from our AI training, consulting and content services.
- Build lasting relationships with company owners, CEOs and senior managers.
- Run discovery meetings, understand each client's need, and turn it into a clear proposal with scope, timeline and price, working with our team in Jordan.
- Manage signed projects from kickoff to delivery: the plan, the timeline, and follow-up with both the client and our production team.
- Keep an up-to-date record of leads, meetings and deals, and report weekly.
- Represent Zaidronic at meetings, business events and presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
What we need from you
- Proven project management experience, five years or more.
- Business acumen: an understanding of how companies make and lose money, and the ability to talk budgets, return and priorities.
- Hands-on business experience: sales, business development, or running a business.
- An existing network of relationships with companies and corporates in Syria.
- The ability to communicate with confidence at C-level and with decision-makers.
- Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint or their Google equivalents, email, and video meetings.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, written and spoken.
- Working English: able to read, write and communicate in it. Professional fluency is not required.
- A professional, presentable manner suited to meeting senior executives.
- Based in Damascus or its countryside.

- Own car for client visits.
- Previous experience selling technology, training or marketing services.
- Interest in AI tools. We train you in how we work.
