Zaidronic is a UK AI tech company operating in Syria, with offices in the United Kingdom and Jordan. We help companies use AI to work faster and grow, through training, consulting, solutions and AI-produced content.
THE ROLE
What you will do
- Welcome each new client after signing, and walk them through the steps of the work and the timeline.
- Coordinate between the client and our delivery team in Jordan, and keep delivery on schedule.
- Hold regular reviews with each client to go over the results and measure their satisfaction.
- Solve problems quickly, and tell the client clearly when something is running late.
- Spot new needs among existing clients, and propose the services that meet them.
- Renew contracts before they end, and report monthly on every account.
REQUIREMENTS
What we need from you
- Two years or more in account management or in after-sales service for companies.
- The ability to manage several clients at the same time without neglecting any of them.
- Calm and sound judgement with clients in difficult moments.
- Organised and precise with follow-up and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, written and spoken.
- Working English, for coordinating with our team in Jordan and the UK.
- Based in Damascus or its countryside.
NICE TO HAVE
Nice to have
- Experience with clients in technology, marketing or training.
- Own car for client visits.
- Experience with a CRM or a project management tool.
